Welcome to the OIG Mobile App, operated by Oman International Group SAOC (OIG). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and any services or products you request through it. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2.App Purpose

The OIG Mobile App allows users in Oman to:

• Request facilities management services and related products
• Track service requests and receive updates
• Upload service-related images or data
• Communicate with OIG customer support

 3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and service-related information
• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

You may submit photos, service notes, or other content through the app. By doing so, you grant OIG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process this content solely to deliver and improve our services.
